Metform is a flexible and designer friendly form builder plugin for Elementor. It comes with a large number of features, including being able to choose your payment gateway, conditional logic, a repeater field, multi-step forms, field validation, calculations, and integrations. You can limit the total entries, redirect after submission, and save entries to view in the admin. Metform comes with 29 input field types and the option to accept file uploads. The plugin comes in packages for 1, 5, or unlimited sites. Annual and lifetime options are available.
