Elementor360 Newsletter – Issue 17 – Elementor 3 – What You Need to Know
This Issue: From Elementor360 there are 4 walk-throughs and reviews including an in-depth look at Elementor 3. There is also news about addons and templates.
From Elementor360
The big news is that Elementor 3 was recently released. I created an article and video walk-through and discussion of what you need to know. The code cleanup, the global theme styles, and the new theme builder interface are covered.
I also took a look at Crocoblock’s new Dynamic Templates. Unlike the regular static templates, these include integration with back-end Custom Post Types and custom fields. Note that these are extra goodies available in the all-inclusive packages.
There was also a review of OoohBoi Steroids for Elementor, a free and fun addon that brings a lot of creativity. Finally, I did a review of Essential Addons for Elementor. This is an addon that many users own that has continued to be built on and improved. A common bit of feedback on this review was that people had forgotten all of the features it has. This is a surprisingly affordable and comprehensive addon package.
Plugin News
The Plus Addons Version 4
For a while now the Plus Addons website has shown a banner promising that version 4 would soon be released. This recently dropped and it does not disappoint. There were a number of new widgets added and many existing widgets were enhanced. One standout addition was the new Advanced Charts widget that lets you create a number of different types of charts and graphs.
Ultimate Addons Support for Fluent Forms
The Ultimate Addons for Elementor team recently added a form styler widget for Fluent Forms. This lets you add a Fluent Forms form using Elementor and style it to match the page. For example, there are options for styling input fields, the form title and description, customization for radio & checkbox controls, different styles for error and success messages, typography, and other form elements.
Elementor Pro and LearnDash
Due to the rise in popularity of online courses, the Elementor team has released a LearnDash integration. It includes content templates and Elementor widgets for LearnDash. Definitely something to checkout if you are using LearnDash.
